As a Field Marketing Associate in JPMorgan Chase Wealth Management, you support advisors and their teams by coordinating personalized marketing materials and providing data-informed insights that improve the advisor experience. You work closely with partners across marketing (including digital, social, content, and communications) to deliver timely, accurate materials and reporting. You balance recurring advisor support with project work that helps the team improve programs and processes.
Job responsibilities
Manage assigned advisor coverage within one or more advisor channels, supporting a consistent service modelPartner with advisors to conduct marketing consultations, share resources, and provide tool and material guidanceCompile advisor business statistics and marketing history to prepare for meetings and follow-upsMaintain intake records, regional files, and supporting documentation to keep information organized and accessibleTrack advisor and team marketing assets (e.g., biographies, headshots, websites, pitchbooks, brochures) and support timely updates and recertificationsSupport measurement and reporting by collecting, organizing, and validating metrics used in dashboards and management updatesAssist with audits, data quality checks, and recordkeeping to improve accuracy and readinessCoordinate collateral workflows by tracking items in process through completion, including inventory and order managementContribute to team projects that improve processes, programs, and advisor experienceRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
