As an Executive Director - Workforce Analytics & Business Intelligence within our Workforce Analytics function, you will unite executive-facing insights with scalable BI products and governed self-service reporting. You will help leaders understand patterns and risks across areas such as retention, mobility, performance, succession, and talent allocation through decision-ready narratives and materials. You will partner closely with data and platform teams to strengthen data quality, lineage, entitlements, and compliance across analytics solutions. You will set clear operating mechanisms for intake, prioritization, delivery, and adoption, and you will track and communicate impact through defined success metrics.Job responsibilities
