This role provides high-impact administrative and operational support to senior leaders and team in Global Corporate Banking, with a focus on precision, pace, and stakeholder coordination. 

As an Executive Assistant within the Global Corporate Banking team, you will deliver executive-grade support to bankers and leadership, ensuring seamless calendar management, travel, expense oversight, stakeholder communications, meeting preparation, and end-to-end administrative execution. The role demands fluent German and English, outstanding organizational capability, and comfort operating with urgency and accuracy in a high-pressure, client-centric setting. This role is in-office 5 days per week, supporting real-time collaboration, responsiveness, and consistent executive coverage.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and diaries across time zones, proactively prioritize and resolve conflicts to safeguard executive time and deliver on critical deadlines.
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings, materials, agendas, and follow-ups; manage logistics for internal and client-facing engagements to ensure readiness and quality.
  • Plan end-to-end travel and itineraries, including changes and contingencies; support timely and accurate expense processing in line with policy.
  • Drive stakeholder communication on behalf of executives, draft and edit correspondence, and ensure a consistent, professional tone with internal and external partners.
  • Support information and document management, including maintaining filing systems, updating trackers, and ensuring version control and confidentiality of sensitive materials.
  • Provide support for operational cadence and governance, including scheduling recurring business reviews, preparing status updates, and coordinating ad hoc requests at pace.
  • Collaborate with bankers, executive assistants, and business support teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain an integrated support model.
  • Adhere to firm policies and procedures, with rigorous attention to data privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory expectations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Fluent German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment within Global Corporate Banking or a comparable financial services context.
  • Proven mastery of executive support fundamentals: complex calendar management, meeting and travel coordination, expense management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and delivery under tight deadlines.
  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and collaboration platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.
