As a Documentation Specialist in Securities Documentation, you will support the execution of securities and certificate of deposit offerings by identifying precedents, drafting documentation, and capturing accurate trade and product details. You will partner with Legal, Tax, Middle Office, Sales and Trading, Operations, and outside counsel to meet stakeholder needs under tight deadlines. Differentiate key features across a broad range of structured products linked to equity, credit, rates, commodities, and foreign exchange ratesIdentify suitable precedent documents and apply consistent drafting standardsDraft, review, and finalize documents required to launch, price, and settle securities transactionsTrack and analyze securities and certificate of deposit offerings and maintain accurate status reportingCapture and validate trade details and product information in relevant systems and platformsCoordinate documentation workflows across Business, Legal, Tax, Middle Office, Sales and Trading, and OperationsPartner with outside counsel on documentation-related matters and issue resolutionManage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting tight stakeholder deadlinesCommunicate clearly and effectively with peers and stakeholders at all levelsExercise sound judgment and adhere to applicable policies, procedures, and controlsEscalate risks, exceptions, and process issues promptly and propose improvements where appropriateRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
