As a Product Delivery Manager within the Deposits 2.0 team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You will partner across business, technology, operations, risk, and control functions to ensure successful execution of product delivery initiatives while maintaining alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
• Partner with the Area Product Owner to establish delivery timelines, manage issues, and report status across multiple organizational levels.
• Lead the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
• Drive execution readiness across cross-functional teams to support successful product releases and operational implementation.
• Promote delivery excellence through continuous improvement initiatives that enhance transparency, collaboration, and execution outcomes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues and engage stakeholders to drive issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of product delivery practices and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and release strategies.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business, technology, operations, risk, and control partners to achieve delivery objectives.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting large-scale product implementations within financial services or a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with product performance metrics, reporting practices, and operational readiness processes.
• Ability to identify and implement opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency and stakeholder alignment.
