As Data Management & Analysis Professional within our Data Management Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities

Provide ongoing business support to the Asset Management Data Warehouse platform and drive business process engineering initiatives.
Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, proactively identify opportunities, and develop innovations that add value to the business and team.
Deliver deep knowledge of application/data warehouse functionality and requirements, and participate in workshops, planning, and execution.
Implement effective data management techniques by understanding data architectures and data flows, including data wrangling, UATs, bulk uploads, and monitoring/reconciling data feeds for smooth transitions into systems.
Plan, exercise oversight, and control the management and use of data and data-related sources/applications (e.g., CRM systems, Salesforce, and other client data applications).
Oversee conceptual, logical, and physical data models that conform to standards and conventions, and enforce policies for data acquisition, rationalization, maintenance, and modification across internal and external sources.
Ensure appropriate data quality controls are proactively implemented to address inconsistencies/discrepancies and eliminate issues at the root.
Build, test, and execute logical business rules using data quality tools based on requirements defined by data owners.
Interpret system and business requirements to prepare specification and design documents and support solution design.
Execute ongoing release management to continuously enhance the solution and act as a link between business stakeholders and Technology/vendor through design, build, test, and implementation.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Possess atleast 5 years experience in a Data Management (or similar) role with knowledge of sales processes.
Demonstrate experience with databases and data analysis software with proficiency in SQL, Python, BO, and Alteryx.
Analyze large data sets, summarize findings, recommend feasible solutions, and explain complex ideas and methods to business partners.
Exhibit a strong academic background with established analytical, programming, and technical skills and high attention to detail.
Have experience working with an industry-recognized Customer Relationship Management platform.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Hold an MBA (Finance) and/or Engineering qualification.
Have certifications in Customer Relationship Management, Data Management, and/or Business Intelligence domains.
Bring experience with Salesforce.com.
Demonstrate understanding of the Asset Management business (Investment Management, Mutual Funds, Managed Accounts, and/or Separate Accounts).
Show the ability to proactively solve issues, develop new ideas, and add value to existing functions by delving into details.
Apply strong project management skills.
