As a Controls Strategy & Innovation - Vice President within the Strategy and Innovation team in the Controls organization, you will define and drive a transformation roadmap across key controls initiatives. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve execution discipline, and deliver clear, executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Establish and lead program management support for transformation initiatives across the global Controls organization
  • Define transformation roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to drive consistent delivery
  • Advise and influence senior leaders on key decisions, trade-offs, and change approaches
  • Build executive-level materials and narrative updates for senior management and business leadership forums
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with stakeholders and technology partners, with a focus on delivery outcomes
  • Support the definition of target operating models, governance, and controls frameworks
  • Drive analytics and reporting improvements by automating manual data preparation and reporting processes
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and transparent communication
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, recommending changes, and supporting adoption
  • Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Demonstrated program and project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Demonstrated experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders without direct reporting authority
  • Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, define measurable outcomes, and drive delivery against milestones
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and material development
  • Demonstrated change management experience, including driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand end-to-end processes and translate insights into action
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across business and technology partners
  • Experience working effectively across geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience supporting controls, governance, risk management, or operating model transformation initiatives
  • Experience improving reporting through automation and workflow standardization
  • Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and ways of working
  • Experience building governance routines (for example, steering forums, metrics, and status reporting) across multiple programs
