Job Summary

As a Strategy Analyst / Associate in the Strategy Group, you will work with senior stakeholders to define priorities, solve complex business problems and drive strategic initiatives. You will contribute to projects that influence growth, market expansion and business performance, while gaining exposure across multiple products and functions. We work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, focusing on impact, analytical rigor and continuous development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather, synthesize and analyze data to support strategic decisionmaking
  • Develop financial models and perform valuation analyses
  • Prepare clear and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Conduct industry and competitor research to generate actionable insights
  • Identify key business issues and develop practical recommendations
  • Support the delivery of endtoend strategic projects across functions
  • Manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
  • Lead discrete project workstreams and contribute to broader initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment to deliver highquality outcomes

     

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Experience in management consulting or investment banking environments
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience working in crossfunctional or teambased environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to highquality output
