You will partner cross-functionally to establish governance, operating cadences, and strong performance metrics. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Lead and coach an operations team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. 2. Set team goals, operating cadence, and performance expectations aligned to Supplier Enablement and Commercial Card priorities. 3. Own resourcing, prioritization, and execution management across multiple concurrent initiatives. 4. Drive end-to-end delivery of operational initiatives, including process redesign, readiness execution, controls alignment, tooling improvements, and reporting enhancements. 5. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve speed, quality, and consistency. 6. Build repeatable playbooks, operating procedures, and documentation to support program execution at scale. 7. Define and monitor operational performance metrics and deliver regular executive reporting. 8. As a Commercial Card Operations Lead in Supplier Enablement, you lead an operations team that executes strategic initiatives aligned to Supplier Enablement priorities. You drive cross-functional execution, establish governance and operating cadence, and use data-driven insights to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
