Bring your expertise to a client-facing implementation team where you will coordinate complex setups, grow your technical skills, and help deliver a great client experience in an inclusive environment.

As a Technical Implementation Associate in Client Onboarding and Services group, you coordinate end-to-end product implementation setups while managing multiple concurrent requests. You partner closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, run testing, and support production migration. You apply strong judgment, clear communication, and technical execution to deliver accurate outcomes and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own client experience outcomes by driving timely, accurate product implementation setups
  • Establish timelines, documentation, and clear expectations with clients and stakeholders
  • Communicate status updates, risks, and dependencies to clients and internal partners
  • Facilitate requirement discussions with clients to confirm scope, testing approach, and setup needs
  • Coordinate across internal teams and client technology teams to complete setup, testing, and production migration
  • Execute file validation and testing activities to support implementation and migration readiness
  • Apply creative problem solving and sound decision-making to resolve implementation challenges
  • Escalate and drive resolution of issues in a timely manner
  • Record observations and escalate where necessary to protect delivery outcomes
  • Identify gaps or exceptions and recommend practical solutions
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while managing high volumes of simultaneous requests

 

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong logical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work requests with effective time and work management
  • Working knowledge of mainframe-based testing and file transmission testing
  • Experience testing file formats such as ISO 20022, X12, and BAI2
  • Working knowledge of ISO 20022 or electronic data interchange message formats and Extensible Markup Language
  • Working knowledge of system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree
  • 5+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or treasury product implementation in a technical role
  • Willingness to work evening and night shifts

 

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Knowledge of United States and Canada treasury products
  • Knowledge of UiPath or other robotic process automation tools for workflow automation
