Over time, youll broaden your product knowledge across Trade & Working Capital, with opportunities to gain exposure to core trade products. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative, team-based model with meaningful day-to-day client ownership.

As a Client Service Analyst within the Trade & Working Capital Client Service group, you will provide day-to-day service and relationship management support to a portfolio of Supply Chain Finance buyer clients, partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage exceptions, and deliver a high-quality client experience.  You will take ownership of servicing workflows, prioritize work to meet deadlines and service levels, and escalate time-sensitive issues with good judgment.  You will also help standardize repeatable servicing activities by building practical playbooks, templates, and checklists that reduce rework and improve consistency.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Supply Chain Finance buyer clients, owning day-to-day servicing and issue resolution
  • Drive past-due management and collections activities, including outreach, follow-ups, tracking, and coordination with internal partners
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve buyer inquiries, including validation, exception handling, and clear client communication
  • Support invoice investigations and related client requests end-to-end, ensuring accurate processing and timely stakeholder updates
  • Standardize repeatable servicing activities by creating and maintaining playbooks, templates, checklists, and knowledge articles
  • Monitor service queues, prioritize work to meet deadlines and service levels, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and maintain a high standard of client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and controls in line with established policies and procedures
  • Partner with Front Office teams, Operations, and Implementations to deliver coordinated outcomes for the client and the firm

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in client service, operations, portfolio support, or a similar client-facing service role
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships with a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional client outreach and follow-up discipline
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision and sound judgment on escalation
  • Demonstrated AI-first problem-solving mindset: identify repeatable service work and translate it into standard workflows, templates, and automation opportunities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior experience supporting Supply Chain Finance or trade product servicing (invoicing, collections, disputes, exceptions, and/or reconciliations)
  • Exposure to Trade & Working Capital products and interest in building knowledge toward core trade over time
  • Experience partnering across functions (Relationship, Operations, Sales, Implementations) to deliver client outcomes
  • Highly motivated, versatile learner with an aptitude for quickly assimilating new product and process knowledge
Deliver exceptional client service for Supply Chain Finance buyers, resolving issues and improving processes in Trade & Working Capital.
