Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist with P&L reporting and month-end close processes; Revenue Recognition, Invoicing, Receivables Management.
  • Prepare balance sheet substantiation and support reconciliations (e.g., accruals, deferred revenue, intercompany).
  • Deliver detailed analytical reporting to business managers and senior finance leadership.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency.

    Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • 5+ years of related finance, accounting, or reporting experience
  • Bachelors degree with a concentration in either Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • CA /CPA / MBA Finance candidate preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage working towards rigorous deadlines 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel, plus Word and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP, regulatory reporting, and internal control concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • ERP experience (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and strong general ledger familiarity.
  • Primarily 2PM - 11PM shift, extending during critical business days

    Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Experience supporting card products, Card & Connected Commerce, or comparable consumer finance businesses.
  • Effective stakeholder managementprovides clear status updates and responds promptly.
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between discussion and execution across multiple projects.

Your attention to detail and technical skills will be critical to this role as you independently research variances, perform data mining, and review reports.
