You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in US Equities Investment Specialist Support. You have found the right team.

As a US Equities Investment Specialist Support Professional within our JPMorgan Asset Management (JPMAM) US Equities Investment Specialist team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare strategy presentations covering performance, market value, portfolio analytics, characteristics, and holdings
  • Craft clear messaging on product differentiators and relevant market themes for client conversations
  • Develop customized client portfolio review presentations for Investment Specialists meeting agendas
  • Analyze portfolio positioning, analytics, and performance results to support client discussions
  • Support creation of client performance reports and investment review materials, including performance driver commentary
  • Write high-quality product and market content for client-facing communications
  • Monitor portfolio guidelines and ensure adherence for internally and externally managed portfolios
  • Coordinate with Sales, Consultants, and RFP teams to address client requirements using product knowledge
  • Represent the IS team on ad-hoc projects, including document/presentation automation and process improvements
  • Apply macro logic understanding (and/or coding) to help automate recurring reporting and presentation workflows
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and evolving reporting needs with accuracy and urgency
  • Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Hold a Post Graduate degree / MBA
  • Bring atleast 4 years of experience in financial markets
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Showcase strong quantitative and analytical skills, including data analysis and understanding data flows
  • Use MS Office proficiently (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exhibit a proactive, positive approach and learn concepts/procedures quickly
  • Collaborate effectively with strong interpersonal and organizational skills across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Anticipate issues, think ahead, and ask relevant questions to enable strong delivery outcomes
  • Manage time effectively and multi-task across parallel requests and deadlines
  • Deliver with detail-orientation and a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Work independently while also contributing strongly as a team player
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Understand equities (or another asset class), portfolio management practices, and the asset management business
  • Demonstrate team leadership and people management experience
