  • Educate candidates on role expectations, team mission, culture, and career opportunities to drive engagement and offer acceptance.
  • Drive inclusive sourcing and slate-building strategies across roles, seniority levels, and talent markets.
  • Analyze and share market insights (talent supply and demand, compensation trends, location considerations, and skill availability) to inform hiring decisions.
  • Deliver recruiting projects such as market mapping, talent landscaping, pipeline building, and confidential searches for niche technical roles.

  • Minimum 6+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for analytics, data science, data engineering, artificial intelligence and machine learning engineering, applied research, and model risk or validation roles.
  • Ability to translate technical role requirements into sourcing plans, screening approaches, and interview alignment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple searches simultaneously and prioritize against business needs.
