Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Research of systems to identify customers, accounts and areas of the Firm involved in Litigation.Accuratelycomplete the initial case set up in the litigation matter management system, including drafting a concise summary of the allegations, properly categorizing the case based on the allegations presented, and highlighting issues in the case.Assess matters for Operational Risk in accordance with Firm standards and framework.Draft Code of Conduct escalation forms based on allegations presented.Preparationand distribution of reports regarding the accuracy and completeness of the case management data in the matter management system, and correspond with legal professionals concerning the same.Review and analyze matters submitted by the legal professionals for closure in the matter management system, ensuring all fields are updated accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures.Recognition of high risk matters and trends in litigation, and timely escalation to management.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Licensed Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of legal experience or experience in the financial industry. A litigation background is preferred.Strong English oral and written communication skills.Analytical, organizational, research, presentation, time management, and project management skills.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Microsoft Office ApplicationsPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
