Job Summary:
As a Project Manager/Business Analyst in our Global Sanctions Operations Transformation Team, you lead projects and initiatives that drive business and operating model change. You partner with Business, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to deliver new product and client implementations end-to-end. You translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, process documentation, and actionable plans that move work from concept through delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead multiple projects across the full lifecycle from intake through implementation and stabilizationPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to align scope, timelines, risks, and outcomesCoordinate new product and client implementations, including onboarding requirements and readiness activitiesSupport business transformation initiatives and operational change programs across sanctions operationsDrive innovation by contributing to AI/ML strategy development and use-case definitionResearch new initiatives and evaluate impacts to business systems, applications, and processesManage configuration changes and system modifications, including documentation and approvalsGather requirements through document analysis, stakeholder interviews, and working sessionsDocument end-to-end business processes, use cases, scenarios, and functional needsAnalyze tasks, workflows, and dependencies to identify gaps, opportunities, and efficienciesFacilitate stakeholder communications and updates, including senior leadership engagement as neededRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Demonstrate experience managing projects and deliverables across an end-to-end lifecycleApply strong business analysis skills to translate needs into clear, testable requirementsCommunicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders and project sponsorsCollaborate across Business, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teamsOrganize work across multiple concurrent initiatives with strong prioritization and attention to detailProduce high-quality process documentation, use cases, and workflow artifactsExecute structured problem-solving to assess impacts, risks, and change implicationsPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
