Lead end-to-end transaction execution across multiple concurrent live processes, including diligence planning, stakeholder coordination, negotiation support, documentation review (with counsel), and closing
Conduct detailed trade- and fund-level diligence and underwriting, including analysis of underlying portfolio/company credit risk, manager assessment, structural protections, documentation/covenants, leverage, liquidity, and downside scenarios
Prepare and present clear, high-quality investment materials (screening notes, investment committee memoranda, and portfolio recommendations) and communicate key risks/decision points to senior stakeholders/investment committee
Partner with portfolio managers on portfolio construction considerations and post-close monitoring, including performance/risk updates and re-underwriting when needed
Help build and refine scalable underwriting frameworks, diligence playbooks, and execution processes to improve speed, consistency, and risk discipline as the strategy grows
Engage with internal stakeholders (including Client Advisor and Consultant Advisor teams) and participate in select client/investor discussions to articulate strategy positioning and investment rationale, as appropriate

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex situations into crisp investment conclusions and present to senior stakeholders/investment committee
Commercial mindset with strong judgment and relationship skills; comfortable engaging with GPs, intermediaries, and internal partners
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous priorities
Bachelors degree required

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Direct experience executing private credit secondaries (GP-led and/or LP-led), including continuation vehicles and/or fund restructurings
Direct experience underwriting and executing private credit co-investments/directs (e.g., sponsored direct lending, opportunistic/special situations, asset-based structures)
Familiarity with portfolio construction and the role of private credit within diversified alternatives portfolios and evergreen/registered fund contexts
Experience building or improving investment processes (templates, diligence checklists, monitoring frameworks) in a scaling platform environment
