Join our Asset Management Events Team as an Associate and help deliver exceptional, high-impact client events that drive business growth and elevate the J.P. Morgan brand.

As an Asset Management Event Planner- Senior Associate within the Asset Management Events Team, you will partner with event planners, marketing, client, and product teams to support the planning and execution of high-quality client events that drive new business and strengthen relationships. Youll take a more hands-on leadership role across logistics, communications, agenda coordination, vendor management, on-site support, and follow-up for events ranging from large conferences to small roundtables. You will help ensure every event meets JPMorgan Chase standards through strong project management, attention to detail, and confident stakeholder engagement.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure the consistent delivery of JPMorgan Chase event standards across all events.
  • Partner with the lead event manager to plan and execute local investment forums and priority projects, owning key workstreams end-to-end.
  • Produce and quality-check event collateral (name badges, table tents, signage, promotional items).
  • Manage invoices, reconcile expenses, and coordinate supply shipments and vendor payments.
  • Build and maintain registration websites, attendee communications, and conference apps.
  • Manage attendee communications and requests, including travel manifests and hotel rooming lists.
  • Coordinate logistics with external partners for travel, accommodations, venue setup, AV/production, and security.
  • Oversee agenda and session coordination, including speaker scheduling and content tracking.
  • Support on-site event execution, troubleshoot issues in real time, and partner with Creative Services on event materials.
  • Support team initiatives and process improvements; maintain strong follow-up and accuracy across deliverables.

     

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of events experience supporting or leading client events.
  • Strong knowledge of event logistics and production elements.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and high attention to detail.
  • Confident and mature presence with senior stakeholders, external clients, and vendors.
  • Collaborative team player who can coordinate across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with peers and senior managers.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality client experiences.
