Develop and support innovative product capabilities with a strong foundation in product development and modern AI solutions including LLM-driven applications.

 

As an Applied AI, Product Associate within the Merchant Services Solutions & Commercialization team, you will support the design, delivery, and commercialization of AI-powered products that enhance merchant and client experiences across the payments lifecycle.

 

The Merchant Services Solutions & Commercialization team is responsible for identifying, incubating, and scaling innovative solutions that accelerate growth, improve client experiences, and unlock new commercial opportunities across JPMorgan Merchant Services. The team partners across product, engineering, sales, servicing, and operations to bring innovative solutions to market and drive measurable business outcomes.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Support product roadmap development and backlog management for AI and agentic initiatives
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to define requirements and deliver AI-powered capabilities
  • Assist with experimentation, prompt iteration, model evaluation, and performance optimization
  • Conduct customer, stakeholder, and market research to identify product opportunities and inform prioritization
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback to improve product experiences and business outcomes
  • Monitor product performance and support data-driven decision making
  • Contribute to launch planning, adoption strategies, and commercialization activities

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of relevant product, technology, or domain experience
  • Foundational knowledge of product development and modern AI/GenAI solutions
  • Familiarity with LLM concepts, APIs, workflow automation tools, or related technologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

 

Experience in payments, financial services, SaaS, commerce, technology, or other data-driven industries is a plus
