JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President to join the Advanced Treasury Analytics team in New York. Advanced Treasury Analytics is part of Commercial & Investment Bank Treasury and develops quantitative analytics, decision-support tools, and scalable data solutions that support strategic liquidity, risk, capital, and balance sheet management. By leveraging advanced technology and quantitative expertise, Advanced Treasury Analytics plays a key role in optimizing the Commercial & Investment Banks financial resources.

As a seasoned quantitative Vice President within the Advanced Treasury Analytics team, you will utilize your advanced technical skills, experience working with large and complex data sets, and track record of delivering analytical products and tools into production. You will partner closely with Treasury, Financial Resource Management, Markets, Quantitative Research, and Technology teams to turn business requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions. 

You will have opportunities for professional growth, expanding your expertise in quantitative analysis, financial markets, and treasury functions, with clear paths for career advancement. In this collaborative environment, you will work closely with a high-performing team and business leaders across Markets, Banking, Payments, and Securities Services. Job responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Director in leading and developing the Advanced Treasury Analytics Markets team, managing and mentoring junior team members, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Work hands-on with large and complex financial data sets to develop scalable analytics, generate insights, and improve decision-support capabilities.
  • Partner with Treasury, Financial Resource Management, Markets, and Technology stakeholders to define priorities, translate requirements, and forward delivery from concept through implementation.
  • Develop robust analytical frameworks and communicate recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders, balancing technical rigor with business relevance.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in a quantitative, analytics, strat, or technical role within banking or financial services, with the judgment and credibility expected of a seasoned Vice President.
  • Advanced technical background with proven experience building analytical solutions, data tools, or quantitative products in a business, Treasury, or risk management context.
  • Proven ability to work with large, complex data sets and translate analysis into scalable workflows, tools, and decision-support outputs.
  • Experience in Treasury analytics, balance sheet analytics, Financial Resource Management, or dynamic partnership with Treasury or resource management teams within a Markets environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with modern data platforms and development environments such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud-based tools.
  • Track record of partnering across business, Quantitative Research, and Technology teams to deliver strategic analytics solutions into production.
  • Demonstrated ability to adopt AI tools and stay current with relevant developments, applying them pragmatically to improve analytics, research, and product delivery.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Familiarity with financial modeling, optimization techniques, or resource allocation frameworks relevant to Treasury or Markets businesses.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
