Become an integral part of our JPMorganChase team! Each day will be unique bring a positive attitude, an entrepreneurial team spirit and get ready to roll up your sleeves. This position is an essential part of the team and you will have exposure to several aspects of running banking operations.

As a Working Student in our JPMorganChase Vienna office, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks, and will have extensive exposure to daily operations of a leading financial institution. The program is designed to provide a one-year on the job experience and you will be expected to be available to work for 15 h/week during the semester and full-time during breaks, on-site in Vienna. The program runs on the basis of quarterly start dates, with the next cohort starting on 1 January 2028 and ending on 31 December 2028.

Job responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in coordinating client meetings, preparing sales presentation booklets and meeting documents for client presentations, etc.
  • Participation in customer events such as financial fairs
  • Source and prepare responses for clients ad-hoc questions or reporting requests
  • Assist the sales team in maintaining prospect and client databases, ensure that critical client information is stored in client databases to provide access to key data
  • Create fund competitor analyses
  • Perform research projects on various market and client topics
  • Expense processing and reconciliation


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Pursuing a Bachelors Degree duration of the program, graduating in June 2028 at the earliest
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in German
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skill
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated interest in Finance, Economics, Asset Management, or similar
