Your Role

Senior Process Associate PTP Analytics, Automation & Transformation

PTP Analytics & Business Insights

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance PTP dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and management reporting.
  • Analyze operational performance trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support the creation of executive-level reporting for governance forums and leadership reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization through data analysis and root cause assessment.
  • Establish metrics that support operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management objectives.

Automation & AI Enablement

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities across PTP processes.
  • Support the deployment and governance of automation technologies, including Power Platform, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow tools.
  • Partner with technology teams to improve user experience, reduce manual effort, and strengthen controls.
  • Monitor automation performance and ensure expected business outcomes are achieved.

Transformation & Strategic Projects

  • Support execution of key transformation initiatives across the PTP organization.
  • Participate in design, testing, implementation, and post-production stabilization activities.
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare business requirements, process documentation, testing scripts, and deployment support materials.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.

Regulatory & Technology Readiness

  • Support implementation activities related to major regulatory and technology initiatives including:
    • ISO 20022
    • ViDA (VAT in the Digital Age)
    • ServiceNow enhancements
    • Oracle Fusion enhancements
    • Other strategic finance transformation initiatives
  • Assist in impact assessments, process redesign, stakeholder coordination, and readiness planning.

Governance, Controls & Compliance

  • Strengthen process governance through monitoring of key controls, risks, and compliance requirements.
  • Support SOX compliance activities, audit requests, control testing, and remediation efforts.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
  • Conduct data quality reviews and recommend corrective actions where needed.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with global PTP teams, Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Technology, and external partners.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, issue tracking, and stakeholder communications.
  • Provide analytical support for leadership decision-making and strategic planning.

The Experience You Bring

  • 4-6 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, Business Analytics, Continuous Improvement, or Transformation.
  • Experience supporting process improvement, automation, reporting, or technology implementation initiatives.
  • Exposure to large global organizations and shared service environments preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion or other ERP platforms.
  • Knowledge of workflow and automation tools such as Power Automate, ServiceNow, or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of process mapping, requirement gathering, test execution, and project support methodologies.
