Key Responsibilities:

Travel Program Operations & Service Delivery

  • Lead day-to-day execution of the global travel program, ensuring consistent service delivery, policy compliance, and a high-quality traveler experience

  • Oversee service desk operations, including traveler inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations

  • Partner with TMCs and suppliers to resolve complex issues and improve service outcomes

  • Support duty of care to include crisis monitoring and high-risk traveler tracking

Program Performance, Governance & Execution

  • Develop and deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics to provide visibility into spend, behavior, and program performance

  • Maintain compliance tracking and support audits, including issue identification and resolution

  • Support travel-related financial processes and monitor supplier SLAs and KPIs to drive accountability and performance

  • Lead execution of program initiatives (RFPs, implementations, process enhancements) aligned to business priorities

  • Translate business needs into actionable plans, establishing standardized workflows to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability

  • Manage travel website content and traveler communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and engagement

Project Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, including roadmap development, milestone tracking, and delivery against KPIs

  • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues to maintain momentum and ensure successful outcomes

  • Prepare insights, analysis, and business cases to support leadership decision-making

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, digitization, automation, and adoption of self-service tools

  • Implement operating rhythms and performance tracking, including regular reporting and program reviews

  • Support broader business initiatives as required
