Success in this role comes from your ability to build robust integrations, improve platform performance, support Agile delivery, and champion development best practices while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.

About the Team

You'll be part of a cross-border team operating different regions. The tribe is responsible for delivering and maintaining systems and processes that support employee and customer journeys across assisted channels, while shaping the strategic roadmap for Salesforce and other key platforms.

Our teams work collaboratively across disciplines and locations, combining business expertise with technical excellence to build solutions that make a real difference.

  • Experience with enterprise integrations, including RESTful services, SOA, and ETL solutions
  • Understanding of source control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices
  • Experience working with Git
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Maven, or Ant
  • Understanding of software testing methodologies, including unit, functional, and user acceptance testing
  • Salesforce certifications are welcomed but not required

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proactive and accountable approach to delivery
  • Passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
  • Experience contributing to Agile ceremonies and cross-functional teams
  • Desire to challenge the status quo and identify better ways of working
