We are looking for you if you:

  • Have masterdegree or equivalentpreferablyin a relevant field, such assupply chain, (computer) engineering,business administration, or finance

  • Have 6 months to3 years of experience in procurement operation and or contract management 

  • Are proactive, independent approach and a good grasp of working in international environments,

  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity,

  • Demonstratedvery goodorganizational and communication skills, work in a multi-tasking environment, and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Very goodEnglish skills (spoken and written) 

  • Very goodknowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and E-Sourcing tools; experience with ERP systems or procurement tools is preferred

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of global contracts by category

  • Prepare and draft contracts, gathering stakeholder input and using standard templates where possible

  • Maintain the contract repository, track milestones, process amendments, and oversee contract renewals or closeouts

  • Support negotiations by tracking changes, aligning stakeholders, and reviewing counterparty redlines

  • Support IT governance processes by ensuring contractscomply withinternal policies

  • Provide administrative and analytical support for IT investment tracking

  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure contracts align with approved investment decisions

Information about the squad:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our internationalprocurement Poland Hubsteam in support of the Global Procurement Team. In this position, you willbe responsible forpreparing and drafting contracts, supporting contract review and administration, and managing a portfolio of contracts. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring effective contract lifecycle management within a global environment.
