The team

As a Communications Intern, you will be part of the ING Today team. You will help develop, create content and execute communications for the launch of the new intranet. You will support stakeholders with training and work with communication professionals and product owners to effectively share news, updates, and successes within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and executing internal communication campaigns.
  • Write and edit news items, articles, and social media posts.
  • Support the creation of presentations, brochures, and other communication materials.
  • Help manage internal communication channels, such as the intranet and newsletters.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in internal communications.

We are looking for:

  • You are pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have an eye for detail and can write clearly and engagingly.
  • You are communicative and enjoy working together.
  • You are independent, proactive, and curious about new developments.
  • Affinity with technology and innovation is a plus.
