Full Job Description
ING Luxembourg is looking for a Business Management & Strategy Intern -Private Banking. This internship will start in January 2027 will last at least 6 months.
Please note that only students who can provide a valid internship agreement (school convention) will be considered.
Missions:
Pilotage de la performance
- Suivi des AuM, des revenus, du P&L et des principaux KPI de l'activit
- Analyse de la collecte, des sorties d'actifs et de la rentabilit par segment, march ou activit
- Prparation de tableaux de bord, de management reports et d'analyses d'carts objectifs / ralisations
Stratgie & dveloppement commercial
- Analyse des marchs, des concurrents et des tendances du Wealth Management
- tude des opportunits de dveloppement sur les segments HNW / UHNW, entrepreneurs et dirigeants
- Contribution aux business cases, plans d'action commerciaux et synergies avec les autres mtiers du Groupe
Projets stratgiques & transformation
- Participation des projets d'optimisation de processus commerciaux et oprationnels
- Contribution au lancement de nouvelles offres et des projets rglementaires impact business
- Coordination avec les quipes Business, IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal et Finance
- Benchmark des principales banques prives, de leurs offres et modles de tarification
- Suivi des tendances: Private Markets, Alternatives, Digital Wealth, Lombard Lending, ESG
- Restitution priodique des principaux enseignements au management
Gouvernance & management
- Prparation des Management Committees et des prsentations pour le Senior Management
- Rdaction de notes d'analyse et de recommandations ; suivi des dcisions et plans d'action
Stratgie client
- Analyse de la performance des Relationship Managers et identification damlioration du parcours client
- Participation aux runions avec les quipes Private Bankers
