Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Financial Crime Prevention Expert Retail Banking to join our COE Team of the Financial Crime Prevention Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to drive the endtoend design and continuous improvement of Financial Crime Prevention processes, ensuring that regulatory requirements are translated into clear, scalable standards and controls.

Within this context, this role will be responsible for the evolution and continuous strengthening of FCP processes in the Retail Banking environment, ensuring that controls remain effective, scalable and aligned with both regulatory expectations and business needs.

The role will act as the FCP COE reference for Retail Banking, ensuring alignment with ING standards while addressing the specific risks, volumes and operational dynamics inherent to retail customers.

You will work closely with Compliance, Operations, IT, Business, and Global stakeholders to ensure a robust, consistent and regulatorready implementation of FCP controls across all Retail journeys and products.

As a Financial Crime Prevention Expert Retail you will:

Positively contribute to:

The continuous improvement and optimization of FCP processes in the Retail Banking segment, ensuring efficiency, scalability and full alignment with local regulation and ING global standards.

The effective management of financialcrime risks for retail customers, ensuring that FCP requirements are consistently embedded across highvolume customer journeys.

Cocreate:

The evolution of FCP solutions together with Operations, IT, Compliance, Business and Global teams, balancing risk, customer experience and operational feasibility.

The identification and resolution of process gaps, control weaknesses and risk exposures, including the definition of target operating models for Retail FCP activities.

Ensure:

The proper execution, governance and continuous monitoring of FCP processes in Retail Banking.

Alignment between local Retail implementation, global FCP frameworks and businessasusual documentation, controls and reporting.
