We started out in 2015 as INGs software development hub, then steadily expanded our range to include more services and competencies. Now we provide borderless services with bank-wide capabilities and operate from two locations: Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca.

Our tech capabilities remain the core of our business, with more than 1800 colleagues active in Data and Analytics Tech, Tech Foundation and Channels, Retail Core Banking and Architecture, and Global Products and Technology Services.

The Mission

In this role, you will drive the endtoend coordination and preparation of materials essential for strategic awards submissions and Sustainable Finance (SF) initiatives. You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all ESGrelated data, risk assessments, client eligibility analyses, and pitch materials. Your mission is to bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to a highly collaborative process involving multiple teams, enabling highquality submissions and strong SF positioning.

Your day to day:

  • Lead the full datagathering and informationconsolidation process for awards submissions, ensuring timely collection from deal teams and sector teams.

  • Prepare and structure all documentation required for formal applications, including detailed slide decks and supporting evidence.

  • Collect, validate, and format ESGspecific information according to Front Office (FO) requirements and predefined templates.

  • Review ESG risk ratings for clients and perform eligibility assessments for Sustainable Finance facilities.

  • Create compelling case studies and tombstones to support SF pitches and client discussions.

  • Maintain an organized workflow that ensures accuracy, traceability, and consistency across all deliverables.

What youll bring to the team

  • Strong organizational and coordination capabilities, with the ability to manage complex information flows across multiple stakeholders. Attention to detail and a structured approach to validating data and ensuring compliance with ESG and SF criteria.

  • Analytical thinking to interpret ESG risk ratings and assess client eligibility.

  • Ability to transform raw information into clear, concise, and visually engaging materials (presentations, case studies, tombstones).

  • A collaborative mindset and proactive communication style, supporting seamless interactions with deal teams, sector teams, and the FO.

  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fastmoving environment.
