International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the worlds largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers needs.

  • Reports To: VP Wealth Coach

This role is to focusing on the implementation of investment product/sales strategies in assigned area. The main functions include the following:

  • Working on site to drive investment sales activities for the assigned area to achieve agreed KPI objectives
  • Lifting up PRM investment professionalism and productivity through various efforts, including training, coaching, joint calls, seminar, and other communication activities
  • The jobholder must be able to work closely with front line to fulfill the needs and to transfer professional skills to PRM/RMs to ensure a balanced growth

  • University or above graduated
  • Proven experience with track record in investment and product knowledge
  • Possess of experience in two of the following roles, sales, financial consultant, investment research, investment product, in the wealth management industry
  • Proven ability to achieve business results
  • Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills
  • Must be a team player and eager to take initiatives to drive business
