We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Vice President - Taxation

Purpose of role:
As a member of the UK/Head office Transfer Pricing team, the role is predominately advisory in nature through business and finance partnering to minimize risks. The role includes understanding requirements OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines and UK Transfer Pricing legislation and guidance.

Principal responsibilities

  • Transfer pricing advisory and support for setting, testing and defending transfer pricing policies.
  • Supporting global cost recharges process.
  • Preparing group transfer pricing documentation (the group master file and UK local files).
  • Working on global transfer pricing initiatives and projects, such as data sourcing and governance model evolution.
  • Provide support and guidance to global business and global functions to meet transfer pricing arms length requirements and ensure compliance with group principles and OECD guidelines.
  • Drafting TP documentation to evidence and support the arms length pricing applied across the global business and global functions. Including preparation of the Group Master File and assist with preparing UK local files for circa 20 entities.
  • Assist with tax authority and regulatory audit evidence gathering.
  • Attend UK TP team meetings and UK Tax team meetings. Participate in UK tax team training.

To be successful you will:

  • Recognized professional qualification CA/MBA with 12+ years of experience predominantly in Finance, including in leadership positions working independently.
  • Expert in Transfer pricing advisory & policy setting.
