We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our Capital Markets and Advisory team as a Vice President.

In this role you will:

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and lead banker across live transactions.
  • Oversee, review, and coordinate the work of junior bankers to maintain momentum and drive the execution process through to completion.
  • Coach and train junior team members, supporting skills development and consistent quality of delivery.
  • Enhance marketing and execution materials to maximise client impact and ensure clear, compelling messaging.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage transaction-related risks, ensuring appropriate escalation and mitigation throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Liaise closely with internal stakeholders and external parties (legal counsel, accountants, etc.) to align deliverables and timelines.
  • Lead client discussions, conduct management interviews, and manage Q&A process, to support diligence and informed decision-making.

To be successful you will need:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 7 years relevant investment banking experience
  • Demonstrated track record of leading end-to-end transaction execution and delivering to deadline and quality expectations.
  • Confident engaging with business clients and senior management, with the ability to build credibility and relationships quickly.
  • Self-directed and highly motivated, with the flexibility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
