We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Transaction Processing Officer.

In this role, you will:

  • Examine relevant documents and information if complete and valid.
  • To ensure that all work is delivered within agreed timeframes and meets the required high-quality standard.
  • Ensure system inputs are double-checked and perfectly executed.
  • Participate in systems testing (UAT) whenever required / assigned.
  • Ensure PLA for timeliness and quality is strictly followed.
  • Assist with other asset maintenance activities as required.
  • Resolve breaks raised by reconciliations team.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Knowledge /experience in securities and investment industry is preferred.
  • University graduate/degree holder
  • Knowledge of use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good numerical abilities.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good logical & analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
