Were looking for a high-calibre Relationship Manager to join our team. This is a demanding, high-energy role with constant pace and pressure. Youll be personally accountable for outcomesbuilding trust with clients, protecting the franchise, and delivering growth while navigating complex needs, tight timelines, and high expectations.

Principal responsibilities

  • Deliver full-service private banking to high-net-worth clients, including day-to-day transactions, credit solutions, and the proactive marketing of HSBC products and services.
  • Drive marketing and business development across the Thailand market, leveraging the full suite of HSBC capabilities.
  • Originate new client relationships and deepen existing ones to generate new AUM and gross revenue, with clear ownership of targets and results.
  • Partner closely with the Platform Manager to clear pending items, improve service quality, and resolve issues quicklyoften under time pressure and with direct client visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven relationship management experience in Private Banking, covering the Thailand market and Thai clients.
  • Strong track record in asset gathering, AUM growth, and revenue generation.
  • Excellent commercial judgement and negotiation skills.
  • Highly developed communication skills for direct client engagement, influencing, and problem-solving in sensitive situations.
  • Strong financial and statistical analysis capability.
  • Strong client service mindset, with resilience and composure under pressure.
  • High attention to detail, with creativity and judgement to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent understanding of financial markets and investment products.
