HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) is a markets-led, financing-focused business that provides investment and financial solutions. Within CIB, Securities Services provides robust and reliable solutions that help clients mitigate risk and enhance their business performance. Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments, and multinational corporations, this team covers fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Ensure execution of all Redemption, Switching, placement Time deposit, In-house transfer and all related payment of Fund Services Clients before the cutoff time correctly.
  • Monitoring all related with opening accounts are process in timely manner
  • Maintain good relationship and develop high level of services standard for Clients.
  • Have good communication and relationships within team
  • Improve and promote service quality, thereby safeguarding the Bank from potential loss, both financial and reputation. Contributes to enhance and develop operational efficiency

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Education background in any major S1
  • Have experience and background of working in Capital Market industry at least 2 years
  • Good teamwork and can work under tight timeline
  • Good with numbers, meticulous and good attention to details
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office is a must
