We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Subject Matter Expert - Settlements Operations.
In this role, you will:
- Process checker and maker when appropriate.
- Deals with more complex items and investigations.
- Escalating any concerns promptly.
- Handles escalations.
- Transfers their knowledge and advice to other members of the team.
- Provides timely & accurate responses to any inquiries raised by internal or external stakeholders.
- Identifies process improvements and drives change within the team.
- Pro-active in anticipating any issues.
- Good working relationship with colleagues within both Onshore and Offshore Teams.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience in Securities Operations/Settlement life cycle.
- Knowledge in Franco processing and Structured Products will be an added advantage.
- University graduate/degree holder
- Knowledge of use of Microsoft Excel
- Good numerical abilities
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Exhibits commitment and resilience
- PC literate with good working knowledge of MS Office
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
