We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Subject Matter Expert Corporate Actions.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist the Manager in supervising the teams daily operations
  • Provide feedback and training for team members
  • Investigations into errors and discrepancies within section
  • Check and validate all events and systems input
  • Participate in user acceptance tests for new products and system.
  • Support Group Strategic initiatives
  • Provide back up support for other peers groups within Regional Operations center.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in handling corporate actions, and income processing tasks, across products, and entities
  • PC skills preferable with SWIFT experience
  • Good judgment, and decision-making skill
  • Knowledge of operation of custodian systems, e.g. Euroclear, Clearstream, and BBH
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written, and verbal
  • Considerable flexibility in working varying shifts to support European business hours, which will normally be from around 4:00 pm 1:00 am

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
