We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of STUDENT WORK PLACEMENT INTERN.

Principal responsibilities

  • Support enhancements in onboarding & engagement journeys for Int'l customers by working with IT and Operations
  • Support inter-corridor referral enhancements
  • Prepare regular MI reports & funnel analysis
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Support delivery execution by working closely with multi-functional teams (product, channel, technology, data, risk and compliance, UI/UX) to help move initiatives from idea to implementation
  • Support and craft out opportunities by using AI-enabled capabilities to improve customer journeys or internal processes, close to data quality, prompt quality, bias, model limitations, and human-in-the-loop controls

Requirements

  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Analytical skills: comfortable working with data to derive insights (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong business mindset with curiosity about how AI can improve customer and colleague experiences
  • Structured problem-solving: can break down complex problems into logical steps and propose practical options
  • Communication skills: able to produce clear, concise, executive-ready updates and materials
  • Demonstrates responsible mindset (data confidentiality, risk awareness, and stakeholder management considerations)

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
