We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Jr. Creative Studio (Admin Creative).

Responsibilities:

  • Support Marketing team ir developing marketing and communication materials for campaigns, events, customer engagement activities, and internal communications
  • Produce and update creative assets including visual layouts, presentation materials, simple graphic adaptations, event collaterals, and digital marketing materials in accordance with HSBC brand guidelines
  • Assist in preparing technical drafts, artwork revisions, resizing, formatting, and visual adjustments based on stakeholder or business requirements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, printers, and production vendors to ensure timely delivery of creative materials and project execution
  • Maintain and organize design files, artwork repositories, campaign assets, and project documentation for easy accessibility and version control
  • Ensure consistency of visual identity, typography, colors, and creative standards across all campaign and commuication materials
  • Support quality checking of creative outputs before final release or production to ensure accuracy and compliance with HSBC standards
  • Assist in administrative and operational task related to creative production, including tracking request, timelines, approvals, invoices and vendor coordination
  • Provide on-ground creative and logistical support during events, activations, and campaign executions when required
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Procurement, and external creative partners to support smooth project delivery.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication., Multimedia, Marketing Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in creative support, design administration, marketing production, or studio coordination role
  • Familiar with design and editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar creative tools
  • Good understanding of branding, layout consistency, and visual communication principles
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or production processes would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
