In this role, you will:
This role is a part of the Premier relationship team and a key relationship support role created to provide an outstanding customer experience to the valuable Premier clients.
Engage and Discover Customer Needs on Branch Entry
Acquire New to Bank customer
Deliver Service Excellence
Promote digital/CCSS solution to release teller/PRSs service burden
Support the Branch
Complete simple retail sales
Protect the Bank - through vigilance against fraud, Knowing your customer, adhereing to regulations/policies and minimising operational risk
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least half years experience in HSBC WPB roles
Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills
Sound knowledge of HSBC product and services, esp. digital channel knowledge
High potential to be in a sales role within half years
Result driven and able to work under pressure
Local regulatory & license requirements
Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment
Able to communicate well in English and local languages
2. Accreditations
Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market
Attain any internal standards as required by HBCN
