We are seeking a Senior Workspace Strategy & Occupancy Planning Manager, Global Real Estate Services
In this fantastic role, youll help design and operationalise office portfolio strategy at global scale. This role blends portfolio strategy, occupancy analytics, governance, and supplier leadership, turning complex data into clear recommendations that guide investment and location decisions.

In this role, you will:
- Translate business priorities into actionable portfolio direction and provide decision-ready occupancy, capacity and utilisation insights.
- Ensure consistent tools, artefacts, evaluation criteria and decision governance across regions/markets.
- Act as SPOC for Demand Planning, aligning real estate plans with workforce plans and headcount projections (using talent/labour market intelligence).
- Provide end-to-end oversight of the global BC pipeline, assuring accuracy, securing endorsement, and progressing approvals through the right forums/systems.
- Oversee outsourced partners delivering strategy/analytics; drive simplification, automation and standardisation to improve planning effectiveness and decision speed.
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills:
- Extensive experience with Real Estate capacity/space planning and utilisation reporting, producing decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders.
- Establishing governance, frameworks and standard ways of working across a Real Estate multi-market environment.
- Proven ability to set direction/outcomes with outsourced partners and maintain performance oversight through to resolution (including managing seconded resources where relevant).
- Ability to engage and influence diverse senior audiences; communicate complex issues clearly and concisely.
- Consulting-style problem solving using data to shape office strategy; understanding of workplace strategy/standards.
