Your career opportunity

We develop and maintain the tools for Product Control. The tools comprise mostly of Fair Value Adjustments and Independent Price verification processes and regulatory Stress Testing. We are looking to extend the capabilities of existing tools and building new ones. Our current efforts are focused on developing a new platform and phasing out the aging application. The new platform is based on a microservice architecture, modular user interface, queues, and orchestration.

What youll do

Develop new features and being responsible for maintaining live processes

Have access to AI tools: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot

Create secure solutions confirmed by cybersecurity reports

Review colleagues code and proactively suggest optimizations, increased security, etc.

Provide input to test plans and testing strategies as well as input to design discussions and project planning meetings.

Engage with multiple stakeholder groups

Work in PODs to help deliver Stories / Tasks and provide the Functional Support in Production tickets / Incidents on rota basis

Use, Configure and Manage Changes in CI CD Tools

What you need to have to succeed in this role

Excellent and proven by experience understanding of C# .net programming

Good understanding of SQL and knowledge of non-relational databases

Understanding of Python programming, PySpark experience will be a plus

Knowledge of design patterns and the ability to read and create technical documentation

AI literacy prompting, understanding limitations, safety etc.

Communication skills, both verbal and written

Prior experience and/or understanding of Product Control Valuation domain involving Fair Value Adjustments, Independent Price Verification (IPV) and Bid Offer (BO) processes

The pay range for this role is 17 484 PLN - 26 225 PLN (monthly, gross).
