Within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), we serve 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international, from retail customers to ultra high net worth individuals and their families. Our key areas of operations include Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking and Insurance.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
- Work closely with the Relationship Management and Wealth Management teams in providing specialist services in business planning and joint meetings
- Provide technical and skills coaching towards developing staff teams in order to achieve team business objectives
- Supply timely market and product updates to both staff and customers
- Work closely with the wealth management product teams and development team on new products, product enhancements and improvements in customer experience
- Assist the frontline teams with all customer servicing needs and disputes in order to ensure seamless support is provided to our customers
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- University degree with honors in economics, finance, business or a related discipline.
- Accumulated extensive working experience as a product specialist, financial advisor or sales manager.
- Strong knowledge of all wealth management products and with expertise in customer portfolio management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- A mature individual able to instill confidence with colleagues and clients alike
- Fluent written and verbal English
