We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

• Being the key enabler manage services for CDMS
• Promote the best technology to improve user experience in Customer journey.
• Design and develop application on Customer journey.
• Leading and coach new developer to meet the delivery goal and meet the delivery metrics.
• Adopt the best technical design pattern into coding and improve the flexibility of the code and application.
• Ensure the appropriate support model is established, which may include 3rd party providers.
• Provide L1 & L2 application support, ensure problem resolution within agreed timeline.
• Promote engineering best practices including log standardization, alert optimization, monitoring coverage enhancement, and fault tolerance improvement.
• Deep understanding of software development and engineering.
• Support ITSO governance, IT Controls, BCP/DR drills, etc. to ensure identification, remediation, tracking is performed on ongoing basis.
• Demonstrate sound communication, presentation and influencing skills to work with business, IT colleagues

Requirements

• Experience in Java, Spring, J2EE and SQL technologies, and passion on new technologies
• Good knowledge of Spring boot / Spring Cloud framework
• Good knowledge and experiences with relational database and NoSQL (such as MongoDB, Redis) development
• Good understanding with event brokers such as Kafka
• Familiarity with software development design patterns
• Working experience in DevOps (CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins / GitHub / Sonar, etc), Agile environment is a plus
• Experience with RESTful API design and development
• Expertise in API technologies such as Restful API, WebSocket
• Experience of containerization, ideally using Kubernetes
• Experience in Agents usage is a plus
• Knowledge of Incident Management & Problem Management is mandatory.
• Production support ticketing knowledge is an advantage (Remedy, Jira, Splunk, MuleSoft, App Dynamics, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in both Oral and Written communication.
