We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Business: Asia & Middle East Technology

Principal responsibilities

Requirements gathering & stakeholder partnering

  • Run structured discovery sessions with business users to understand reporting needs, decision journeys, KPIs, and pain points.
  • Translate user needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and dashboard wireframes.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, prioritisation, and delivery timelines across multiple teams.

Critical report development across visualisation tools

  • Design and develop executive-ready dashboards and operational reports using tools such as Superset, Tableau (and others as required).
  • Apply strong data visualisation principles (clarity, accessibility, performance, and narrative) to deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, reconciled, and aligned to agreed definitions and data sources.

Migration leadership (Tableau Superset)

  • Own and drive the end-to-end migration of existing reports to Superset, including assessment, redesign where needed, rebuild, testing, and cutover.
  • Create migration playbooks, templates, and repeatable approaches to accelerate delivery and reduce risk.
  • Partner with data engineering/platform teams to resolve data model, performance, and access considerations.

Reporting standards & strategy

  • Define and maintain reporting standards (layout, KPI definitions, naming conventions, certification, documentation, and governance).
  • Establish best practices for dashboard performance, usability, and lifecycle management (build, publish, change control, decommission).
  • Contribute to the broader reporting strategy and roadmap, including tool adoption and rationalisation.

User enablement & self-service support

  • Coach users on self-service dashboard development and best practices in Superset (and other tools where relevant).
  • Produce user guides, training materials, and how-to sessions to uplift capability across the community.
  • Provide advisory support and troubleshooting to help users deliver their own reporting safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience delivering dashboards and reports
  • Proven track record in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into effective visual solutions.
  • Experience leading or contributing to report migration or tool transition programmes.
  • Solid understanding of data concepts: datasets, semantic layers, metrics/KPIs, data quality, and reconciliation.
  • Strong communication skillsable to explain complex data topics to non-technical audiences and influence outcomes.
