We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

1.Design and develop automatic testing

2.Develop the necessary toolchains to support our own development

3. Perform peer reviews for your teammates' design and code

4. Ensure proper and sufficient documentation

5. Give show & tell for the features you work on

6. Coordinate with other systems to carry out E2E testing

7. Since we are taking a DevOps approach, you will also need to monitor and support the system you develop

8. Keep learning new technology and best practices

9.Own the entire lifecycle of the tasks assigned to you all the way from discussing requirements with business to the final release

10.Make sensible technical design decision

11.Design and develop system on top of a vendor product in accordance with engineering best practices

12. Conduct AI web service coding, API integration, and system docking; build low-code AI application delivery capabilities for rapid business iteration.

13. Continuously explore innovative AI technologies, complete POC verification, and iterate platform capabilities with long-term scalability and reusability as the core goal.

14. Integrate AI capabilities into applications (e.g., LLM/API integration, retrieval workflows, evaluation/monitoring).

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:

1. Be a quick learner and interested in learning new things

2. Have an engineering mindset that strive for doing things the best way

3. Have sufficient English skills to properly communicate your thinking with your peers and understand business requirement correctly

4. Have a habit of writing readable and maintainable code. We are not looking for a computer scientist but a software engineer

5. Ability to work independently without supervision

6. Analytical and logical thinking

7. Strong problem-solving skills

8. Basic understanding of data structures & practical algorithms

9. Experience with automated testing, spark, Jenkins, PostgreSQL/Clickhouse, Unix Shell

10. Solid & up-to-date knowledge on Java fundamentals or any other object-oriented language

11. Time management skills
