We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sales Quality Senior Data Analyst
In this role, you will:
- Own end-to-end delivery governance for assigned initiatives, including integrated plans, milestones, critical path, dependencies, resourcing assumptions
- Risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies (RAID) management with clear owners and actions
- Governance cadence: working groups, steering updates, decision logs, minutes and follow-ups
- Progress reporting: status dashboards, narrative updates, and escalation of blockers
- Produce and maintain high-quality management information (MI) and dashboards for governance forums and senior stakeholders, including:
- Issue/action ageing, remediation progress, evidence readiness, key control metrics
- Build repeatable, well-controlled reporting packs and trackers, improving transparency and reducing manual effort
- Quality assurance of closure evidence and artefacts (completeness, traceability, consistency)
- Support testing coordination, remediation tracking, and control uplift plans
To be successful you will:
- Improved issue/action closure quality (right-first-time evidence, reduced challenge/rework)
- Proven experience in project delivery, delivery governance within financial services
- Hands-on experience in risk & control activities (issues/actions, audit readiness)
- Experience producing high-quality governance and audit artefacts: plans, status reporting, narratives, evidence packs
- Excellent written communication: concise, executive-ready updates and clear documentation
- Confident stakeholder management and ability to challenge constructively
- Building and maintaining dashboards for business (delivery status, issue/action ageing, control testing progress, audit readiness). Strong data-to-insight capability and can translate raw data into clear dashboards, trends, and actions
- Experience with visualization/reporting tools. Exposure to private banking and familiarity with common change and control frameworks. Jira/confluence, excel/powerpoint, sharepoint
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) with 6- 8 years. Agile delivery certification or risk control qualifications
