Principal Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a sales strategy in conjunction with relationship teams in the area.
  • Relevant experience is Financial Institutions sales covering Insurance, Brokers, Banks, Asset Managers, NBFCs, Sponsors, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Fintechs, etc. Relevant experience in cross-border transactions, Nostro, Vostro clearing, compliance policies, FEMA and other regulations.
  • Relevant experience in managing correspondent banking relationships, global fintechs across geographies.
  • Understanding of recent trends in cross-border trade, Fintech business models and technologies.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for FIs in India and GIFT City
  • Develop and own sales plan for NTB and GNTB clients in the region as per the given targets.
  • Develop and own client plans for retention and cross-sell opportunities in the region
  • Proven track record of executing business plans and achieving targets
  • Accountable for Financial performance for the portfolio
  • Account planning for all key accounts in the area with deliverables agreed with coverage team; periodic review of progress against account plans
  • Assume practice leadership as assigned (e.g. Sales process, Solutioning, marketing etc.). Design and develop product solutions in collaboration with product and regional sales teams
  • Execute governance process with the leadership of the Bank
  • Ensure compliance with GPS Sales procedures and practices
  • On site thought leadership role to coordinate on behalf of INM GLCM sales leadership and the regional leadership team
Qualifications
Post graduate with at least 7 -15 years of post-qualification experience with proven track record in the domain of cash management and FI Sales.
Pro Tip:

Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
