The opportunity: Relationship Manager Support

Being part of HSBC in Israel, youll help evolve and grow our business.

What you will do:
You will provide best in class customer service and support to HSBC Israels Corporate Banking customers and relationship managers, ensuring that the services are provided in line with the relevant HSBC Group standards, regulations, and risk management.

In this role you will:
Provide advice, assistance, and administrative support to customers for all accounts' maintenance, Know Your Customer, and cash management needs.
Provide outstanding customer service satisfaction, resolving a high percentage of enquiries.
Provide support to the corporate business and ongoing task of the Relationship Managers, taking ownership of time sensitive and often high value queries and escalations.
Collaborate effectively with different stakeholders across business lines, products, and geographies.
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with offshore services, ensuring timely execution and provision of customer requests.
Maintain effective processes and controls whilst identifying and mitigating risks.

You should apply if you have:
Relevant academic degree an advantage.
Proven experience in customer services roles (financial services an advantage).
Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to collaborate with colleagues locally and globally, demonstrating proactive approach.
Proactivity and excellent interpersonal capabilities with peers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and multitask the ongoing client requests, solve problems and work independently.
Knowledge and sales expertise in the payment industry an advantage.
Excellent communications and written skills in Hebrew & English
