Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Design Manager to support the design strategy and execution for our Custody Product within the Securities Services business. The successful candidate will assist with the design of the product book of work, participate in client technical meetings, help review new technologies, and support industry forum activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop product design skills and gain exposure to innovative solutions in the custody space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Strategy Support: Assist in developing and implementing the design strategy for custody products, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
  • Book of Work Design: Support the design and planning of the custody product book of work, tracking progress and helping prioritize initiatives.
  • Client Technical Meetings: Prepare materials for and participate in client technical meetings, capturing requirements and supporting solution presentations.
  • Technology Review: Research and help evaluate new and emerging technologies relevant to custody services, summarizing findings and potential impacts.
  • Industry Forums: Support the teams participation in industry-specific forums, working groups, and conferences. Help monitor and report on industry trends and regulatory developments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Sales to support design initiatives.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain design documentation, presentations, and reports as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Design, Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in product design, business analysis, or a related role within financial services; exposure to Securities Services or Custody Product is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with design or data analysis tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
